Conditions of participation in SIAT 2026
The general regulation specifies the conditions of participation, exhibitor obligations, stand allocation rules, included services and safety regulations.
Key points
- The exhibition runs from 28 to 31 October 2026 inclusive.
- Minimum stand surface: 9 sqm.
- Mandatory registration fee: 300 TND excl. VAT. Stand rates: 290 to 380 TND/sqm excl. VAT.
- Registration deadline: 30 September 2026.
- Payment: 50% on booking, balance before 30 September 2026.
- Stand guarding and security are provided by the organisation.
Schedule & timeline
The timeline below summarises the key stages of the exhibition, from stand set-up to dismantling. Exhibitors are kindly asked to strictly comply with these time slots.
Stand set-up & installation
From 19 October 2026 — 9:00 to 18:00
Access to the exhibition area for fitting and installing stands, daily from 9:00 to 18:00 until 27 October.
Exhibitor welcome & badge collection
27 October 2026
Final stand preparation, exhibitor welcome and collection of access badges. Stands must be ready the day before opening.
Official inauguration
28 October 2026 — 10:00
Official opening ceremony of SIAT 2026 in the presence of officials and partners.
Open to the public
From 28 to 31 October 2026 — 9:00 to 18:00
The exhibition is open to trade visitors and the general public every day from 9:00 to 18:00.
Stand dismantling
31 October 2026 (from 18:00) to 1 November 2026
Dismantling may only begin after the official close of the exhibition. Exhibitors must return their space to its original condition.
Fitted stands: mandatory design approval
Exhibitors with a fitted stand (custom construction) must send their stand design to the address below, so that the design and its compliance with the exhibition regulation can be approved before set-up.
Deadline for submitting stand designs for approval: 5 October 2026.

The following articles summarise the main participation rules. They complement — without replacing — the general conditions and the exhibitor pack available for download above.
Article 1 — Admission & stand allocation
- Participation is reserved for companies, institutions and organisations whose activity falls within the exhibition's sectors.
- Registration is only final upon receipt of the signed participation form and payment of the deposit.
- Stand locations are allocated by the organisation according to the reserved surface, the activity and the order of registration.
- The organisation reserves the right to change a stand's location for technical or organisational reasons.
Article 2 — Stand fitting & installation
- Each exhibitor fits their stand strictly within the allocated surface, without encroaching on aisles or neighbouring stands.
- Structures, partitions and decorative elements must comply with the exhibition's technical plan and be made of non-flammable or fireproofed materials.
- Electrical connection and lighting must meet applicable safety standards; all installation must be carried out by qualified personnel.
- Exhibitors with a fitted stand must submit their stand design to validation@3ec.tn to approve the design and its compliance with the exhibition regulation.
- Aisles, emergency exits and safety equipment must remain clear at all times.
Article 3 — Set-up & dismantling
- Set-up takes place during the slots set by the schedule; no set-up is allowed during public opening hours.
- Stands must be fully completed the day before the official opening.
- Dismantling may not begin before the official close of the exhibition, under penalty.
- At the end of the exhibition, the exhibitor returns their space clean and in its original condition; any damage is at their expense.
Article 4 — Exhibitor obligations
- The exhibitor undertakes to occupy and run their stand throughout the exhibition and during the entire opening hours.
- Assigning, subletting or sharing all or part of the stand is prohibited without the organisation's written authorisation.
- Demonstrations, activities and sound broadcasts must not disturb neighbouring exhibitors or visitors.
- The exhibitor complies with the organisation's instructions and the general regulations of the exhibition park.
Article 5 — Security, insurance & guarding
- A general guarding service is provided by the organisation across the exhibition area outside opening hours.
- The organisation cannot be held liable for theft, loss or damage affecting exhibitors' goods; each exhibitor remains the custodian of their equipment.
- Each exhibitor takes out insurance covering their civil liability as well as their goods and equipment.
- Safety and fire-prevention instructions must be respected at all times.
Article 6 — Cancellation & sanctions
- Any cancellation must be notified in writing to the organisation; deposits paid remain acquired according to the general conditions.
- If the stand is not occupied at opening, the organisation may freely dispose of it, without refund.
- Failure to comply with this regulation may result in the exhibitor's exclusion, without compensation or refund.
- The organisation has sole authority to settle any dispute or case not provided for in this regulation.
