By TGM (train)
TGM line Tunis-Marine ↔ La Marsa, alight at Le Kram station. The Parc des Expositions is 5 minutes' walk away.

Around 8 to 12 TND from central Tunis depending on traffic.
From Tunis-Carthage airport
10 km — about 15 minutes by taxi (15-20 TND). A dedicated shuttle will be set up for international exhibitors. [To be confirmed]
