Data collected
Only data strictly necessary for the purposes described below may be collected: first and last name, email, phone, organization, role, country, and any information voluntarily provided in forms (visitor pre-registration, exhibitor application, forum registration, Green'TIC application, B2B request, press accreditation, contact message, newsletter subscription).
Purposes
Data is used to: process your request, issue your badge or invoice, organize B2B meetings, send you information about the show (programme, openings, press releases), and produce anonymized statistics on website and event attendance.
Legal basis
Processing is based, depending on the case, on your consent (newsletter, Green'TIC application, contact), on the performance of a contract (exhibitor application, B2B), or on the organizer's legitimate interest (statistics, website security).
Retention period
Data related to the SIAT 2026 edition is retained for the duration of the event and up to 36 months after closing, for administrative, accounting, and communication purposes regarding upcoming editions. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
In accordance with Tunisian law (organic act 2004-63 on the protection of personal data) and applicable international standards, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, oppose and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to siat@3ec.tn.
